Most of us are amateur climbers wanted to experience life, nature and the mountain itself.
This mountain is highly recommended for first timers, just be careful going to the peak itself , the ground gets slippery when raining and gets really dry during summer. The peak is grassy and its the only thing you can hold on to when it gets windy. Anyway, overall experience was great, going to the top is refreshing, and from the peak, it was breath taking. You can not just see but feel the grandeur of God's creation. Who can resist such blessing?!
And yeah, the monolith or popularly known as the Parrot's beak (Pico de Loro) gives me this feeling that someday, one day I'm going back here and put an end to our unfinished business.
We weren't able to climb the monolith since it requires skills and some wall climbing gears, which we do not have at the moment. Anyway, I'll we'll meet again!
About the falls, it was a little disappointing, when we went there, the falls was only dripping, someone jokingly said "Malakas pa ang ihi ko!". Anyway, I think its better visited during rainy season.
Hey you! yes you..hope you got something useful from this entry. God bless your climb! :-)
